Was erwartet dich?
- Du baust unser neues Zentrallager strategisch auf, entwickelst effiziente Prozesse und führst dein Lager- und Logistikteam fachlich sowie disziplinarisch zum Erfolg.
- Du verantwortest die gesamte Bestandsführung – von der Etablierung von Lagerkonzepten bis zur Sicherstellung der Datenqualität in unserem ERP-System (Microsoft Dynamics NAV / Business Central).
- Als zentrale Schnittstelle für unsere Projekte koordinierst du den Material- und Equipmentbedarf und stellst sicher, dass alles pünktlich und vollständig bereitsteht.
- Du steuerst den gesamten Warenfluss in enger Abstimmung mit dem Einkauf, der Fertigung und externen Logistikdienstleistern – von der Verpackung über den Versand bis zur Retourenabwicklung.
- Du arbeitest eng mit wichtigen Stakeholdern wie dem Projektmanagement, Site Management und Einkauf zusammen, um reibungslose Abläufe zu garantieren und die Projektversorgung sicherzustellen.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du bringst mehrjährige Berufs- und Führungserfahrung in der Lagerlogistik, Materialwirtschaft oder einem vergleichbaren Bereich mit.
- Idealerweise hast du bereits den Aufbau oder die Reorganisation eines Lagers erfolgreich begleitet und bringst Erfahrung aus dem Projekt- oder Industrieumfeld mit.
- Du bist sicher im Umgang mit gängigen ERP-Systemen (z. B. MS Dynamics NAV) und hast bereits mit digitaler Bestands- und Lagerplatzverwaltung gearbeitet.
- Deine Arbeitsweise ist strukturiert und lösungsorientiert, gepaart mit einer echten Hands-on-Mentalität – du packst gerne selbst mit an.
- Du kommunizierst verhandlungssicher auf Deutsch und bringst gute Englischkenntnisse mit.

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
