Ihre Aufgabe:
- Du verantwortest die finale Qualitäts- und Endkontrolle der Fahrzeuge und unterstützt dein Team aktiv bei komplexen Fehlerdiagnosen an LKW, Baumaschinen und PKW.
- Du steuerst die Auftragsabwicklung von der Annahme bis zur finalen Übergabe und optimierst kontinuierlich die Werkstattprozesse.
- Die bedarfsgerechte Beschaffung von Ersatzteilen gehört ebenfalls zu deinem Verantwortungsbereich.
- In Vertretung für den Bereichsleiter organisierst und koordinierst du den Werkstattbetrieb und stellst dabei die Einhaltung der Qualitäts- und Sicherheitsstandards sicher.
- Du leitest unsere Auszubildenden an und bist der zentrale fachliche Ansprechpartner für alle Mechaniker (m/w/d).

Ihr Profil:
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Kraftfahrzeugmechatroniker (m/w/d) mit dem Schwerpunkt Nutzfahrzeugtechnik und deinen Meister.
- Du bringst mindestens 3 Jahre einschlägige Berufserfahrung mit Nutzfahrzeugen in einer vergleichbaren Position mit.
- Du bist bereit, fachliche Führung zu übernehmen, und hast im Idealfall schon erste Erfahrung darin gesammelt.
- Du besitzt sehr gute LKW-Produktkenntnisse und hast echtes Interesse an Fahrzeugtechnologien.
- Du zeichnest dich durch Empathie und eine starke Kommunikationsfähigkeit über alle Ebenen hinweg aus.
- Du hast einen Führerschein der Klasse B (bzw. Klasse 3) in der Tasche.
- Du gehst sicher mit dem Computer um und beherrschst MS Office problemlos.

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
