Was erwartet dich?
- Du verantwortest die Entwicklung und Umsetzung der globalen HCP-Strategie und adaptierst diese in enger Abstimmung mit dem Brand Team für internationale Märkte.
- Du baust ein multinationales Key Opinion Leader (KOL) Netzwerk auf und pflegst den Austausch mit internationalen Partnern, Distributoren und internen Fachabteilungen.
- Du steuerst das Projektmanagement für die Fachkreis-Kommunikation und entwickelst zielgruppenspezifische Schulungs- und Trainingsmaterialien für Ärzt:innen und Apotheker:innen.
- Du initiierst und begleitest HCP-bezogene Marktforschungsprojekte, um relevante Insights für die strategische Ausrichtung zu gewinnen.
- Du übernimmst das kontinuierliche Tracking und die Analyse aller Maßnahmen und leitest daraus Optimierungspotenziale für zukünftige Aktivitäten ab.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Marketing, BWL, Kommunikation, Medical Management oder vergleichbar
- Du bringst mehrjährige Erfahrung im globalen HCP-Management (inkl. KOLs) sowie in der Erstellung von lokalen, regionalen oder internationalen HCP-Materialien mit
- Du hast fundierte Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit internationalen Partner:innen und interdisziplinären Teams
- Du hast praktische Erfahrung in der Steuerung von externen Agenturen, idealerweise im Healthcare-/Pharmaumfeld
- Du verfügst über sehr gute Kenntnisse in MS Office sowie Erfahrung mit digitalen Tools im Bereich Projekt- und Kommunikationsmanagement
- Du besitzt strategisches Denkvermögen mit hohem analytischem Verständnis und eine selbstständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Du hast ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit auf nationaler wie internationaler Ebene
- Du zeigst ein hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative sowie Freude an interkultureller Zusammenarbeit
- Du beherrschst Englisch verhandlungssicher in Wort und Schrift, weitere Sprachen sind von Vorteil
