Was erwartet dich?
- Du führst die monatlichen Abrechnungen im Bereich Personalverleih und Freelancing für Deutschland und die Schweiz eigenverantwortlich durch.
- Du prüfst und verarbeitest Zeiterfassungen, Reisekosten und alle weiteren Unterlagen, die für die Abrechnung wichtig sind.
- Du erstellst und kontrollierst Rechnungen sowie Gutschriften zuverlässig.
- Du übernimmst die laufenden Debitoren- und Kreditorenbuchungen.
- Du bist der zentrale Ansprechpartner für interne Teams, Kunden, Freelancer und externe Dienstleister.
- Du wirkst aktiv mit, wenn es darum geht, unsere Accounting-, Payroll- und Finanzprozesse zu optimieren, zu automatisieren und zu standardisieren.
- Du unterstützt das Team bei der Erstellung von Auswertungen und aussagekräftigen Reportings.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du bringst mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Accounting mit – am besten direkt aus der Personaldienstleistung.
- Du kennst dich bestens mit Abrechnungen in Deutschland aus und hast idealerweise schon Erfahrung im Schweizer Personalverleih sowie Einblicke ins Schweizer Arbeitsrecht.
- Du bist sicher in der Debitoren- und Kreditorenbuchhaltung.
- Du hast bereits erste Erfahrung mit Tools wie Microsoft Business Central, Power BI, Power Automate, QuickBooks, Excel und Agicap gesammelt.
- Du kennst dich im Idealfall bereits mit VMS-Tools wie Fieldglass oder Beeline aus.
- Du arbeitest extrem qualitäts- sowie verantwortungsbewusst und hast echte Lust darauf, unseren Finance-Bereich aktiv mitzugestalten.
- Du kommunizierst fließend und verhandlungssicher auf Deutsch und Englisch (C1-Niveau in Wort und Schrift).

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
