Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie rüsten und bedienen eigenverantwortlich moderne 3- und 5-Achs-CNC-Fräsmaschinen zur Fertigung von präzisen Metallbauteilen.
- Sie erstellen und optimieren CNC-Programme direkt an der Maschine, vorwiegend mit Siemens-Steuerungen.
- Sie verantworten die termingerechte Herstellung von komplexen Einzelteilen und Kleinserien nach technischen Zeichnungen.
- Sie stellen durch sorgfältige Qualitätskontrollen mit gängigen Messmitteln die hohe Präzision der gefertigten Werkstücke sicher und dokumentieren die Ergebnisse.
- In enger Abstimmung mit der Arbeitsvorbereitung tragen Sie aktiv zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung der Fertigungsprozesse bei.

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie haben eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Zerspanungsmechaniker:in oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation und bringen mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung im CNC Fräsen von Metallen mit.
- Sie sind sicher in der CNC-Programmierung und haben idealerweise bereits mit einer der Steuerungen von Siemens, Heidenhain oder Fanuc gearbeitet.
- Das Programmieren, Messen und Prüfen von gefertigten Teilen nach Zeichnung gehört für Sie zur Routine.
- Die Arbeit im Schichtsystem (Früh- und Spätschicht) passt gut zu Ihrer persönlichen Planung.
- Sie kommunizieren sicher auf Deutsch (mindestens B2-Niveau), um einen reibungslosen Austausch im Team zu gewährleisten.
