- End-to-End Ownership: Du begleitest unsere Produkte über den gesamten Lebenszyklus – von der initialen Konzeption und Bauteilauswahl (in Abstimmung mit dem Einkauf) bis zur Produktpflege
- Hardware-Design: Du entwickelst anspruchsvolle Leiterkarten (PCBs), entwirfst komplexe Schaltpläne und erstellst produktionsreife Layouts
- Systemdenken: Du erarbeitest Konzepte für verschiedene Bestückungsvarianten und stellst die nahtlose Integration in das Gesamtsystem sicher
- Interdisziplinäre Zusammenarbeit: Als Teil eines agilen Teams arbeitest Du an der Schnittstelle zu Hardware, FPGA-Firmware und Embedded-Software aktiv an der Entstehung leistungsfähiger Produkte mit

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Fundament: Ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Elektrotechnik, Nachrichtentechnik oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung
- Erfahrung: Mindestens 5 Jahre fundierte Berufserfahrung in der Elektronik-Hardware-Entwicklung, mit klarem Fokus auf Digitaltechnik und High-Speed-Design
- Tool-Stack: Sicherer Umgang mit gängigen ECAD-Tools (vorzugsweise Altium Designer) sowie Routiniertheit in digitalisierten Entwicklungsprozessen (Jira, Confluence, MS-Office)
- Pluspunkte: Idealerweise bringst Du Kenntnisse in Python oder Erfahrung mit anderen Skriptsprachen zur Automatisierung von Abläufen mit
- Persönlichkeit: Du überzeugst durch eine eigenverantwortliche, strukturierte Arbeitsweise, ausgeprägte Teamfähigkeit und Kommunikationsstärke (auf Deutsch und guten Englischkenntnissen in Wort und Schrift)
