Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie entwickeln und bewerten Konzepte für neue Produkte und Technologien, leiten daraus optimierte Lösungsvarianten ab und treffen fundierte Auswahlentscheidungen
- Sie konstruieren Komponenten und Baugruppen hydraulischer Pumpen mit Siemens NX und Teamcenter
- Sie modellieren physikalische Eigenschaften der Bauteile, ermitteln Bauteilbelastungen und führen Festigkeitsberechnungen (FE) sowie strömungstechnische Simulationen (CFD) durch
- Sie wählen geeignete Werkstoffe, Fertigungsverfahren und Oberflächenlösungen aus und definieren Wärme- und Oberflächenbehandlungsprozesse unter Berücksichtigung von Funktion, Kosten und Fertigbarkeit
- Sie koordinieren in enger Abstimmung mit Einkauf und Prototypenbau die Beschaffung von Prototypteilen und organisieren sowie betreuen Prüf- und Validierungstests im internen Labor und bei externen Partnern
- Sie erstellen technische Dokumentationen, Spezifikationen und Prüfprotokolle und sorgen für eine strukturierte Übergabe an Produktion und Qualitätssicherung
- Sie treiben kontinuierliche Verbesserungen und Design-Optimierungen voran und bringen Ihr Know-how in bereichsübergreifende Entwicklungsprojekte ein

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium des Maschinenbaus (Dipl.-Ing. / Master)
- Mehrjährige einschlägige Berufserfahrung in Entwicklung und Konstruktion hydraulischer Pumpen
- Expertenkenntnisse in der 3D-Konstruktion (vorzugsweise mit Siemens NX und Teamcenter)
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in Simulations- und Berechnungsmethoden (CFD, FEM und 1D-Simulationen)
- Teamorientierte Arbeitsweise mit hohem Maß an Eigenverantwortung, analytischer Denkweise und Freude an technischer Innovation
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse (C-Niveau) in Wort und Schrift
