Was erwartet dich?
- Du baust die Finanzbuchhaltung in unserem Unternehmen auf.
- Du bearbeitest die Finanzbuchhaltung (Debitoren, Kreditoren, Banken und Kasse) eigenständig.
- Du führst und überwachst Rechnungsfreigabeprozesse mit Finto
- Du bist für den Zahlungsverkehr, das Mahnwesen und Liquiditätsmonitoring zuständig
- Du erstellst Monats- Quartals- und Jahresabschlüsse
- Du bist Ansprechpartner/in für Steuerberater, Wirtschaftsprüfer und Behörden

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine Ausbildung als Bilanzbuchhalter:in oder Steuerfachangestellte:r abgeschlossen und bringst erste relevante Berufserfahrung mit.
- Im Handels- und Steuerrecht (HGB) macht dir so schnell niemand etwas vor und du bewegst dich sicher in DATEV.
- Deine Arbeitsweise ist strukturiert und eigenständig, wobei du stets sorgfältig und detailorientiert vorgehst.
- Du hast Freude daran, digitale Prozesse mitzugestalten und siehst in moderner Software eine Chance, nicht eine Hürde.
- Für die Kommunikation mit Behörden und im Team sprichst du verhandlungssicheres Deutsch.

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
