Was erwartet dich?
- Sie übernehmen die fachliche Führung Ihres Teams im Schichtbetrieb und sind die erste Ansprechperson für die Anliegen Ihrer Mitarbeitenden.
- Sie steuern und überwachen die operativen Abläufe mithilfe moderner Prozessleittechnik und stellen so einen reibungslosen und effizienten Schichtablauf sicher.
- Sie verantworten die Einhaltung der Qualitäts- und Sicherheitsstandards und führen regelmäßige Kontrollen durch, um unsere hohen Anforderungen zu gewährleisten.
- Mithilfe gängiger IT-Systeme dokumentieren Sie Schichtergebnisse sowie relevante Vorkommnisse und erstellen Reports für die nächste Führungsebene.
- Sie arbeiten aktiv an der kontinuierlichen Optimierung der Arbeitsabläufe mit und unterstützen Ihr Team bei der Einarbeitung in neue Prozesse.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Sie bringen idealerweise erste Berufserfahrung (1-2 Jahre) in einer führenden Rolle mit, zum Beispiel als Schicht- oder Teamleiter.
- Sie verfügen über gute Kenntnisse in der Prozessleittechnik sowie eine allgemeine IT-Affinität, um unsere Systeme sicher zu bedienen.
- Als kommunikationsstarke Persönlichkeit verstehen Sie es, Ihr Team zu motivieren, zu organisieren und klare Anweisungen zu geben.
- Für die reibungslose Verständigung im Team sprechen Sie fließend Deutsch (C1) und bringen Grundkenntnisse in Schweizerdeutsch mit.
- Gute Englischkenntnisse sind ein Plus, aber keine Voraussetzung.

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least.
