Was erwartet dich?
- Du übernimmst die operative Einsatzplanung und fachliche Führung der Serviceleiter:innen, um einen reibungslosen Ablauf unserer Events zu garantieren.
- Du entwickelst unsere Service- und Qualitätsstandards kontinuierlich weiter und stellst deren Einhaltung, insbesondere der Hygienevorgaben, sicher.
- Während der Veranstaltungen bist du der zentrale Ansprechpartner vor Ort, steuerst aktiv alle Serviceabläufe und sorgst für ein unvergessliches Gästeerlebnis.
- In enger Abstimmung mit Technik, Sicherheit und der Veranstaltungsleitung löst du proaktiv Herausforderungen und managst professionell das Reklamationswesen.
- Du verantwortest die sorgfältige Vor- und Nachbereitung der Events, von der Ressourcenplanung bis hin zur Analyse und Optimierung der Prozesse.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder relevante Berufserfahrung in der Gastronomie, Hotellerie oder im Eventmanagement.
- Mit deiner Hands-on-Mentalität und deinem Organisationstalent behältst du auch in stressigen Situationen den Überblick und stellst reibungslose Abläufe sicher.
- Als kommunikationsstarke und serviceorientierte Persönlichkeit trittst du sicher auf und verstehst es, ein Team zu motivieren und zu koordinieren.
- Du bist zeitlich flexibel für Einsätze am Abend oder Wochenende.
- Du kommunizierst verhandlungssicher auf Deutsch und bringst gute Englischkenntnisse mit.

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least.
