Was erwartet dich?
- Du fertigst anspruchsvolle und große Einzelteile auf CNC-Bohr- und Fräswerken sowie Karusselldrehmaschinen.
- Du übernimmst das eigenständige Rüsten der Maschinen, fährst die CNC-Programme ein und führst die Erstteilprüfung zur Qualitätssicherung durch.
- Basierend auf technischen Zeichnungen erstellst und optimierst du komplexe CNC-Programme direkt an der Maschine.
- Du arbeitest in der Einzelteil- und Kleinserienfertigung, wodurch du eine große Vielfalt an Bauteilen bearbeitest und für höchste Präzision verantwortlich bist.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Zerspanungsmechaniker, idealerweise als CNC-Fachkraft, oder bringst relevante Berufserfahrung mit.
- Du bist erfahren in der Bedienung und Programmierung von CNC-Fräsmaschinen, vorzugsweise mit Heidenhain-Steuerung.
- Das Lesen technischer Zeichnungen sowie das selbstständige Einrüsten und Bearbeiten von Bauteilen sind für dich selbstverständlich.
- Du hast Freude an der Präzisionsarbeit mit großen, komplexen Einzelteilen und bringst eine selbstständige und saubere Arbeitsweise mit.
- Du sprichst fließend Deutsch und verfügst über Grundkenntnisse in Englisch.

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
