Was erwartet dich?
- Als erste Anlaufstelle in unserem Security Operations Center (SOC) überwachst du unsere Systeme, analysierst Sicherheitsvorfälle und bearbeitest die dazugehörigen Tickets.
- Im Ernstfall unterstützt du das Team aktiv bei der Incident Response und stimmst dich eng mit den zuständigen IT-Kolleg:innen bei der Eskalation ab.
- Du stellst den reibungslosen Betrieb unserer Security-Lösungen wie Microsoft Intune und Sophos sicher und überwachst unsere Backup- und Recovery-Systeme in der Microsoft 365 Umgebung.
- Du führst regelmäßige Schwachstellen-Scans durch und koordinierst die Umsetzung von Patchmanagement-Maßnahmen, um unsere IT-Landschaft proaktiv abzusichern.
- Du erstellst aussagekräftige Reports sowie Dokumentationen und leitest daraus konkrete Handlungsempfehlungen für das Management ab.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine Ausbildung oder ein Studium im Bereich IT oder Cyber Security erfolgreich abgeschlossen.
- Du bringst erste Kenntnisse in den Bereichen IT-Sicherheit, Netzwerke und Microsoft-Technologien (z. B. Microsoft 365) mit.
- Deine Arbeitsweise ist analytisch und strukturiert, gepaart mit einem hohen Verantwortungsbewusstsein.
- Als kommunikativer Teamplayer hast du Lust, dich kontinuierlich im Bereich Cyber Security weiterzuentwickeln.

The number of your applications is not limited. An overview of your applications can be found in your application overview.

Personal contact is possible via chat as soon as you have been invited for an interview. Before that, you will receive all important status changes by e-mail. If you have any questions, you can contact us anytime via email.
I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
