Deine Aufgaben
- Erstellung des monatlichen Konzern- und Standortreportings inklusive Analyse der wichtigsten Kennzahlen und Dashboards
- Begleitung der jährlichen Budgetplanung sowie Erstellung von Forecasts, Soll-Ist-Vergleichen und fundierten Abweichungsanalysen
- Durchführung von Wirtschaftlichkeits- und Ad-hoc-Analysen für Standorte, Investitionen sowie Akquisitions- und Integrationsvorhaben
- Weiterentwicklung einheitlicher KPI-, Reporting- und Controlling-Strukturen für unsere bundesweiten Einrichtungen und Geschäftsbereiche
- Aufbereitung von Reports, Analysen und Entscheidungsgrundlagen für Geschäftsführung, Gesellschafter und weitere Stakeholder
- Sicherstellung einer verlässlichen Datenbasis in enger Zusammenarbeit mit Rechnungswesen, operativen Bereichen und weiteren Schnittstellen
- Beratung unserer Regional- und Einrichtungsleitungen bei betriebswirtschaftlichen Fragestellungen und im Umgang mit Kennzahlen
- Mitarbeit an gruppenweiten Controlling-Projekten sowie an der Digitalisierung und Vereinheitlichung von Prozessen und Systemen

Dein Profil
- Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Betriebswirtschaft, Finance oder Controlling oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation – alternativ eine kaufmännische Ausbildung mit Weiterbildung, z. B. als Controller oder Bilanzbuchhalter (m/w/d)
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Controlling, idealerweise in einer Unternehmensgruppe mit mehreren Standorten oder dezentralen Strukturen
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in Reporting, Budgetierung, Forecasting, KPI-Steuerung und Wirtschaftlichkeitsanalysen
- Sehr gute Excel-Kenntnisse sowie Erfahrung mit BI-/Controlling-Tools und ERP-Systemen
- Ausgeprägtes analytisches Verständnis und die Fähigkeit, komplexe Zahlen und Zusammenhänge klar und adressatengerecht aufzubereiten
- Sicheres und professionelles Auftreten in der Zusammenarbeit mit Geschäftsführung, Führungskräften und unterschiedlichen Fachbereichen
- Strukturierte, eigenständige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise mit einem guten Blick für wirtschaftliche Zusammenhänge
- Diskretion und Verantwortungsbewusstsein im Umgang mit sensiblen Unternehmens- und Finanzdaten
