Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie verantworten das selbstständige Einrichten und Anfahren unserer ESCO-Ringdrehautomaten für die Fertigung von Präzisionsdrehteilen.
- Sie überwachen die laufende Massenproduktion, identifizieren proaktiv Optimierungspotenziale und steigern so kontinuierlich die Effizienz der Prozesse.
- Mithilfe moderner Messsysteme stellen Sie die Einhaltung höchster Qualitätsstandards, exakter Maßhaltigkeit und vorgegebener Taktzeiten sicher.
- Sie stimmen den Materiallauf sowie die Maschinenparameter ab und arbeiten dabei eng mit der Werkzeugverwaltung zusammen.
- Bei auftretenden Störungen übernehmen Sie die schnelle Analyse und sorgen durch eine eigenständige Fehlerbehebung für einen reibungslosen Produktionsablauf.

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie haben eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Metallbereich, z. B. als Zerspanungsmechaniker (m/w/d), oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
- Sie bringen idealerweise bereits Erfahrung im Einrichten und Bedienen von Ringdrehautomaten (z. B. ESCO) mit.
- Dank Ihres technischen Verständnisses und Ihrer Erfahrung in der Präzisionsfertigung stellen Sie höchste Qualität sicher und sind geübt im Umgang mit Messmitteln.
- Ihre Arbeitsweise ist eigenständig sowie strukturiert und Sie übernehmen gerne Verantwortung für Ihre Maschinen und Prozesse.
- Sie kommunizieren sicher auf Deutsch (C1-Niveau), um sich reibungslos im Team abzustimmen.

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
