Was erwartet dich?
- Du schweißt sicherheits- und strukturrelevante Stahlbaugruppen im MAG-Verfahren von Hand und in verschiedenen Positionen.
- Dabei planst und steuerst du deine Aufgaben eigenständig auf Basis von technischen Zeichnungen, Arbeits- und Schweißfolgeplänen.
- Du übernimmst die fachgerechte Vorbereitung der Bauteile durch Tätigkeiten wie Sägen, Bohren, Heften und Richten.
- Die anschließende Qualitätsprüfung der Schweißnähte, inklusive Sichtkontrolle und Dokumentation der Ergebnisse, liegt ebenfalls in deiner Verantwortung.
- Du kümmerst dich um die sorgfältige Nachbearbeitung der Werkstücke, wie das Verputzen der Schweißnähte, und montierst diverse Komponenten.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du besitzt ein gültiges MAG-Schweißer-Prüfungszeugnis und hast idealerweise bereits mind. 2 Jahre relevante Berufserfahrung gesammelt.
- Du bringst ein gutes technisches Verständnis, handwerkliches Geschick und Grundkenntnisse in der Metallverarbeitung mit.
- Deine Arbeitsweise ist selbstständig und zuverlässig, gepaart mit einem hohen Bewusstsein für Qualität und Sicherheit.
- Als flexibler Teamplayer verfügst du über einen Führerschein der Klasse B.
- Du sprichst fließend Deutsch, um dich sicher im Team und bei der Dokumentation zu verständigen.
