Was erwartet dich?
- Du verantwortest die Immobilienvermittlung von der Objektakquise bis zum Notartermin
- Du betreust Deine Bestandskund:innen, akquirierst neue Kund:innen und hältst Ausschau nach interessanten Projekten und Netzwerkpartnern
- Du berätst und betreust Kund:innen während des gesamten Kauf- und Verkaufsprozesses unter Einhaltung höchster Qualitätsstandards
- Du führst professionelle Marktwertermittlungen von Immobilien durch und erstellst sowie setzt innovative Vermarktungsstrategien für individuelle Immobilienobjekte um
- Du planst, terminierst und führst Besichtigungen durch
- Du arbeitest eng mit den Mitarbeitenden unseres Unternehmens zusammen und legst mit Deiner Immobilienvermittlung die Basis für ein erfolgreiches Finanzierungsgeschäft

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, idealerweise als Immobilienkaufmann (m/w/d)
- Du hast ein überdurchschnittlich großes Interesse und Leidenschaft für Immobilien und bist bereit, Dich in diesem Bereich weiterzubilden
- Du besitzt ein hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative, Verantwortungsbewusstsein, Zuverlässigkeit sowie Selbstorganisation und -motivation
- Du verfügst über ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Verhandlungsfähigkeiten in deutscher Sprache und legst Wert auf ein gepflegtes Erscheinungsbild sowie ein freundliches und professionelles Auftreten
- Du bist in der Lage, sowohl eigenständig als auch im Team zu arbeiten, um gemeinsam Erfolge zu erzielen
- Du fühlst Dich in der digitalen Welt zuhause, bist mobil und verfügst über einen Führerschein der Klasse B

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
