- Du entwickelst und setzt End-to-End-Vertriebsstrategien über Voicebots, Chatbots und Mail-KI um, um routinemäßigen Support in monetarisierte Cross-Selling- und Upselling-Kanäle zu verwandeln
- Du analysierst erstklassige menschliche Vertriebsinteraktionen und übersetzt bewährte Empathie- und Einwandbehandlungstechniken in hochkonvertierende KI-Prompts und Workflow-Logiken
- Du steuerst externe BPO-Partnerbetriebe und überwachst strategisch, um hohe Lieferstandards durchzusetzen und einen maximalen Vertrags-ROI zu erzielen
- Du implementierst zielgerichtete Coaching-Modelle, Vertriebsrichtlinien und Leistungsanreize zur Steigerung der Konvertierungsqualität von Menschen und KI-gestützten Systemen
- Du arbeitest mit Business Intelligence und technischen Schnittstellenteams zusammen, um übergeordnete Vertriebsziele in operative Kennzahlen zu übersetzen, Umsatzverluste zu reduzieren und KI-generierte Umsätze nachhaltig zu steigern

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast umfangreiche Erfahrung in der Vertriebskanalentwicklung, in den Sales Operations oder in der kennzahlengesteuerten Marktsteuerung in einem Customer Care- oder Cloud/SaaS-Umfeld
- Du verfügst über nachweisbares Verständnis oder praktische Erfahrung in der Monetarisierung automatisierter Interaktionskanäle (Voicebots, Chatbots, Mail-KI)
- Du hast strategische Erfahrung in der Steuerung externer Outsourcing-Dienstleister sowie in der Abstimmung mit leitenden cross-funktionalen Stakeholdern
- Du besitzt fundierte Kenntnisse im Bereich Customer Journey Mapping, Sales Funnel, Risikoanalysen und Budgetplanung
- Du sprichst verhandlungssicher Deutsch und Englisch in Wort und Schrift; weitere Sprachen (z. B. Französisch, Italienisch, Spanisch, Niederländisch, Schwedisch) sind von Vorteil
