- Du erstellst aussagekräftige Pitch-Books und Präsentationen in PowerPoint, um potenzielle Mandanten von unseren M&A- und Corporate-Finance-Strategien zu überzeugen.
- Du unterstützt das Team aktiv beim Aufbau komplexer Finanzmodelle in Excel, die als Grundlage für strategische Entscheidungen unserer Kunden dienen.
- Du führst detaillierte Unternehmensbewertungen sowie Markt- und Wettbewerbsanalysen durch, um fundierte Empfehlungen für unsere Mandanten abzuleiten.
- Du wirkst bei der gesamten Durchführung von Live-Transaktionen mit – von der Due Diligence über die Prozesskoordination bis hin zur Vorbereitung von Vertragsunterlagen.
- Du bereitest entscheidungsrelevante Informationen für das Senior Management auf und agierst als verlässlicher Ansprechpartner im Austausch mit Kunden und externen Beratern.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast bis zu 2 Jahre relevante Berufserfahrung in Investment Banking, Corporate Finance oder Private Equity
- Du hast einen hervorragenden akademischen Werdegang (abgeschlossenes Bachelor-Studium z.B. im Bereich Wirtschaft und Finanzen)
- Du bist eine kreative und unternehmerisch denkende Persönlichkeit mit breiten Interessen sowie einer ausgeprägten teamorientierten und leistungsorientierten Mentalität
- Du hast nachweislich starke quantitative und qualitative Analysefähigkeiten
- Du verfügst über sehr gute mündliche und schriftliche Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch; weitere Sprachen sind von Vorteil
- Du bist sicher im Umgang mit Microsoft Office, insbesondere Excel, PowerPoint und Word

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
