- Erstellung von Marketingunterlagen und Pitches für M&A und Capital Advisory
- Mitwirkung bei Buy- und Sell-Side sowie Capital Advisory Mandaten: Erstellung von Teasern, Informationsmemoranden, Identifizierung potenzieller Käufer oder Finanzierer, etc.
- Anfertigung von Unternehmensbewertungen anhand von Multiplikatorverfahren, DCF und LBO
- Erstellung von integrierten Finanz- und Finanzierungsmodellen
- Unterstützung und Koordination in der Due-Diligence-Phase: Datenraum, Q&A Prozess, etc.
- Mitwirkung bei der Kundenbetreuung
- Seite an Seite mit erfahrenen und leistungsorientierten Investmentbankern arbeiten

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast mind. ein Jahr relevante Berufserfahrung in Investment Banking, Corporate Finance oder Private Equity
- Du hast einen hervorragenden akademischen Werdegang (abgeschlossenes Bachelor-Studium z.B. im Bereich Wirtschaft und Finanzen)
- Du bist eine kreative und unternehmerisch denkende Persönlichkeit mit breiten Interessen sowie einer ausgeprägten teamorientierten und leistungsorientierten Mentalität
- Du hast nachweislich starke quantitative und qualitative Analysefähigkeiten
- Du verfügst über sehr gute mündliche und schriftliche Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch; weitere Sprachen sind von Vorteil
- Du bist sicher im Umgang mit Microsoft Office, insbesondere Excel, PowerPoint und Word
