Was erwartet dich?
- Du verantwortest die technische und wirtschaftliche Steuerung mehrerer Bohr- und Spezialtiefbauprojekte parallel
- Du führst die Bauleitungen, entwickelst dein Team weiter und besetzt offene Positionen mit
- Du steuerst Kalkulation, Nachtragsmanagement und Ergebniscontrolling deiner Projekte
- Du verhandelst mit Auftraggeber:innen, Nachunternehmen und Lieferant:innen
- Du planst den Einsatz von Personal, Bohrgeräten und Sondermaschinen über alle Baustellen hinweg
- Du unterstützt die Geschäftsführung im operativen Tagesgeschäft und übernimmst schrittweise unternehmerische Verantwortung

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast ein Studium im Bauingenieurwesen, eine Weiterbildung zum Bautechniker (m/w/d) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Du bringst mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Bauleitung im Tiefbau, Spezialtiefbau oder Bohrwesen mit und hast bereits Projekte und Teams verantwortet
- Du kalkulierst sicher, arbeitest routiniert mit der VOB und erkennst Nachtragspotenzial frühzeitig
- Du triffst Entscheidungen eigenständig und vertrittst sie gegenüber Auftraggeber:innen, Behörden und Team
- Du denkst unternehmerisch und willst Verantwortung über das Projektgeschäft hinaus übernehmen
- Du besitzt einen Führerschein der Klasse B

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
