Was erwartet dich?
- Du erstellst eigenständig abwechslungsreiche Menüpläne, kalkulierst den Wareneinsatz und kümmerst dich um das Bestellwesen.
- Du übernimmst die Vor- und Zubereitung der Speisen für unsere Gemeinschaftsverpflegung und richtest diese ansprechend an.
- Bei der Speisenausgabe bist du die erste Ansprechperson für unsere Tischgäste und gehst auf deren Wünsche ein.
- Du stellst die Einhaltung der hohen Qualitäts- und Hygienestandards nach HACCP und ISO 22000 in der gesamten Küche sicher.
- In enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem Team unterstützt du bei allgemeinen Spül- und Reinigungsarbeiten, um einen sauberen Arbeitsplatz zu gewährleisten.

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
