Was erwartet dich?
- Du leitest Engineering-, Automatisierungs- und Inbetriebnahmeprojekte in der Pharma- und Biotechindustrie
- Du steuerst interdisziplinäre Projektteams, bestehend aus Spezialist:innen, Projektingenieur:innen verschiedener Fachrichtungen und externen Partnern
- Du bist verantwortlich für die Ressourcenplanung, einschließlich der Termin- und Personaleinsatzplanung, sowie für die Projektbeschaffung
- Du übernimmst das Projektcontrolling, einschließlich Fortschrittskontrolle, Budgetüberwachung, Reporting und Risikomanagement
- Du erstellst Projektkalkulationen und arbeitest Projektnachträge aus und verhandelst diese in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Vertrieb
- Du berätst Kund:innen bei der Planung und Umsetzung technischer Lösungen und führst Kundenpräsentationen und Projekt-Reviews durch

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung oder ein Studium, z. B. in Automatisierungs-, Bioprozess- oder Verfahrenstechnik.
- Du hast bereits Erfahrung in der Leitung von Projekten und interdisziplinären Projektteams
- Du bringst fundierte Erfahrung in der Leitung von interdisziplinären Engineering-, Automatisierungs- oder Inbetriebnahme-Projekten mit.
- Du verstehst industrielle Produktionsabläufe, idealerweise aus der Pharma-, Biotech-, Chemie- oder Lebensmittelindustrie.
- Deine strukturierte, lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise verbindest du mit Kommunikationsstärke, einem sicheren Auftreten und hoher Kundenorientierung.
- Reisebereitschaft im Rahmen deiner Projekte sowie sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse runden dein Profil ab.

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least.
