- Du leitest und steuerst anspruchsvolle Beratungsprojekte im Bereich Corporate Banking.
- Du berätst Banken bei ihren strategischen, fachlichen und technologischen Transformationsvorhaben.
- Du entwickelst innovative Lösungsansätze und setzt diese erfolgreich direkt beim Kunden um.
- Du analysierst und optimierst Geschäftsprozesse entlang der gesamten Corporate Banking-Wertschöpfungskette.
- Du führst und entwickelst Projektteams weiter und stehst (Senior) Consultants als Coach zur Seite.
- Du baust bestehende Kundenbeziehungen weiter aus und unterstützt aktiv bei der Neukundenakquise.
- Du erstellst überzeugende Angebote, Präsentationen und Managementunterlagen.
- Du gestaltest unser Beratungsportfolio sowie interne Prozesse aktiv mit und bringst eigene Ideen ein.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast Dein Studium der Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder einer vergleichbarn Fachrichtung erfolgreich abgeschlossen.
- Du bringst mindestens 6 Jahre fundierte Branchen- und Beratungserfahrung mit.
- Du hast bereits Erfahrung in der Steuerung anspruchsvoller Projekte und in der Leitung komplexer Transformations-, Digitalisierungs- oder Regulatorik-Projekte.
- Du verfügst über Know-how aus dem operativen Firmenkundengeschäft (z. B. durch eine Stabsstellenfunktion) und fundierte Kenntnisse in einem oder mehreren der folgenden Themen: Corporate Banking, Internationales Geschäft, Firmenkundenvertrieb, Trade Finance, Operational Excellence, Capital Markets, Kreditprozesse, Finanzierungsprodukte & Lending, Regulatory & Compliance, Cash Management & Payments und/oder Digitalisierung & Prozessoptimierung.
- Du zeichnest dich durch eine ausgeprägte Führungs- und Kommunikationskompetenz sowie ein sicheres Auftreten auf Managementebene aus.
- Eine gewisse projektbedingte Reisebereitschaft und Flexibilität sind für Dich selbstverständlich.
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse von MS Office Programmen, im Umgang mit KI-Tools und sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse runden Dein Profil ab

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
