Was erwartet dich?
- Du bist direkt bei unseren Kund:innen vor Ort, installierst technische Trocknungsanlagen und baust diese nach erfolgreichem Einsatz wieder ab.
- Du überwachst eigenständig den Trocknungsprozess, führst regelmäßige Feuchtemessungen durch und stellst so den Erfolg der Maßnahmen sicher.
- Deine Messergebnisse und den gesamten Projektfortschritt dokumentierst Du präzise und digital über unsere Software auf Deinem Tablet.
- Als erste:r Ansprechpartner:in vor Ort sorgst Du für eine professionelle Abwicklung und stehst unseren Kund:innen mit Rat und Tat zur Seite.
- Bei Bedarf erfasst Du neue Schadensbilder und schaffst mit Deiner Dokumentation die Grundlage für die Angebotserstellung durch das Innendienst-Team.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Mindestens 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich Bautrocknung / Wasserschäden (Messprotokolle, Anlagenaufbau, Schadenaufnahme)
- Abgeschlossene handwerkliche Ausbildung (z. B. Schreiner, Maler, Fliesenleger, Installateur, Maurer).
- Du besitzt einen Führerschein der Klasse B.
- Fingerspitzengefühl und Empathie in der Kommunikation mit betroffenen Mietern und Eigentümern wichtig.
- Du trittst freundlich bei Kund:innen auf und hast gute Deutschkenntnisse

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
