Regelmäßige Objektbegehungen und Kontrolle von Gebäuden und Anlagen.
Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie verantworten die technische Betreuung des Wohnungsbestandes, überwachen den Zustand von Gebäuden sowie Anlagen und ermitteln den Instandhaltungsbedarf.
- Sie planen und koordinieren selbstständig alle Wartungs-, Instandhaltungs- und Sanierungsmaßnahmen, inklusive der Abwicklung von Versicherungsschäden.
- Sie begleiten aktiv technische Projekte und unterstützen bei Modernisierungen, Umbauten sowie energetischen Maßnahmen.
- Sie steuern externe Handwerksfirmen sowie die Hausmeister vor Ort – von der Beauftragung über die Überwachung bis zur Abnahme der Leistungen nach VOB.
- Sie erstellen Ausschreibungen, holen Angebote ein, prüfen Rechnungen und behalten dabei stets die Kosten und Budgets im Blick.

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie bringen mindestens zwei Jahre Berufserfahrung im technisch-handwerklichen Bereich mit, idealerweise bereits in der Betreuung von Wohnimmobilien.
- Sie haben eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Handwerk (z. B. SHK, Dachdecker), im Facility Management oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation aus dem Baugewerbe.
- Sie sind sicher im Umgang mit relevanten Normen und Vorschriften wie VOB, VDE, DIN-Normen und Brandschutz.
- Mit Ihrem technischen Verständnis und Ihrer strukturierten Arbeitsweise finden Sie für jede Herausforderung eine passende Lösung.
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift runden Ihr Profil ab.

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
