Was erwartet dich?
- Du stellst durch präventive Wartung und Instandhaltung den reibungslosen Betrieb unserer modernen Verpackungsanlagen sicher.
- Bei Störungen gehst Du systematisch auf Fehlersuche, analysierst die Ursachen und behebst diese eigenständig, um Stillstandzeiten zu minimieren.
- Du führst geplante Umbauarbeiten an den Maschinen durch und nimmst nach erfolgreichen Testläufen neue Anlagen oder Formate in Betrieb.
- Die Überwachung der Qualitätsstandards sowie das präzise Ein- und Umrüsten der Verpackungsmaschinen gehören zu Deinem täglichen Aufgabengebiet.
- Gemeinsam mit dem Team wirkst Du an Projekten zur kontinuierlichen Optimierung der Anlagen und Prozesse mit und bringst Deine technischen Ideen ein.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Industriemechaniker, Mechatroniker oder in einem vergleichbaren technischen Beruf.
- Du bringst bereits Berufserfahrung in der Instandhaltung oder Einrichtung von Produktionsanlagen mit, idealerweise in der Lebensmittel- oder Verpackungsindustrie.
- Wenn eine Anlage stillsteht, gehst du analytisch auf Fehlersuche und findest pragmatische Lösungen, um die Produktion am Laufen zu halten.
- Du arbeitest sorgfältig sowie qualitätsbewusst und bist ein verlässlicher Teamplayer, auf den sich deine Kolleg:innen verlassen können.
- Die Arbeit im Schichtsystem, auch an Wochenenden, ist für dich selbstverständlich.
- Du sprichst fließend Deutsch, um dich sicher im Team und bei der Dokumentation zu verständigen.

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
