Was erwartet dich?
- Du übernimmst die eigenständige Betreuung, Wartung und Reparatur unseres modernen Maschinenparks, bestehend aus Hochgeschwindigkeits-Verpackungsstraßen und Transporttechnik.
- Bei Störungen gehst du systematisch auf Fehlersuche, analysierst die Ursachen in den Bereichen Mechanik, Elektrik sowie Pneumatik und behebst diese schnellstmöglich.
- Du führst Fehlerdiagnosen an SPS-gesteuerten Anlagen durch und betreust unsere modernen Pick-and-Place-Roboter, vorwiegend von Fanuc.
- Du planst und setzt vorausschauende Wartungsmaßnahmen um, um die Anlagenverfügbarkeit zu maximieren und Stillstände proaktiv zu minimieren.
- In enger Abstimmung mit der Produktion und Qualitätssicherung stellst du die konsequente Einhaltung der strengen Hygiene- und Sicherheitsstandards (HACCP, IFS) sicher.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Mechatroniker:in, Industrieelektriker:in oder eine vergleichbare technische Qualifikation.
- Idealerweise bringst du Berufserfahrung in der Instandhaltung von Prozess- und Verpackungsanlagen mit, am besten aus der Lebensmittelindustrie.
- Du verfügst über gute Kenntnisse in Mechanik, Pneumatik und Elektrotechnik.
- Die Arbeit im Mehrschichtsystem und die Teilnahme am Bereitschaftsdienst sind für dich selbstverständlich.
- Du arbeitest eigenverantwortlich, lösungsorientiert und hast ein hohes Bewusstsein für Qualität, Hygiene und Arbeitssicherheit.
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse sind für die reibungslose Teamkommunikation und Dokumentation unerlässlich.

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
