- Du konzipierst und entwickelst ganzheitliche Performance Marketing Strategien für schnell wachsende B2C & B2B Unternehmen, insbesondere für Meta & TikTok Ads
- Du bist tief in den Daten drin, erstellst wöchentliche Reportings, analysierst die relevanten KPIs und optimierst auf dieser Basis die Accounts

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast bereits mindestens 4 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich Paid Social Ads gesammelt, idealerweise im Agenturumfeld.
- Du bringst ein tiefes Verständnis für Performance Marketing, KPIs, Tracking sowie Attribution mit und verfügst über Expertenwissen im Bereich Paid Social.
- Im Umgang mit Kund:innen bist du kommunikationsstark, zeigst Empathie und überzeugst durch eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe.
- Dank deiner ausgeprägten Selbstorganisation und Eigeninitiative steuerst du komplexe Projekte eigenständig zum Erfolg.
- Du hast bereits Erfahrung in der fachlichen Führung und dem Mentoring von Teammitgliedern gesammelt.
- Deine Deutschkenntnisse sind auf fließendem Niveau (C1) in Wort und Schrift und du hast zudem sehr gute Englischkenntnisse.

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least.
