Ihre Aufgaben
- Verantwortliche Planung, Durchführung und Dokumentation von Optimierungsprojekten und Reglerinstallationen auf Basis unserer Software Aqualogic®
- Einrichtung, Konfiguration und kontinuierliche Pflege von projektbezogenen Windows-Rechnersystemen, inkl. Installationen, Updates und Netzwerkeinbindung
- Integration der Aqualogic®-Software in bestehende Leitsysteme in Zusammenarbeit mit lokalen Leitsystemprogrammierern (Schnittstellen, Datenpunkte, Protokolle)
- Technische Betreuung laufender Projekte, z. B. Feintuning von Regelparametern, Betriebsdatenauswertung, Umsetzung von Updates
- Ausarbeitung kundenspezifischer Optimierungslösungen, inkl. Aufwandsschätzung, Kalkulation und Angebotserstellung für Aftersales- und Upgrade-Projekte
- Unterstützung unseres Vertriebs bei technischen Fragen – remote oder direkt beim Kunden.
- Gelegentliche Vor-Ort-Einsätze zur Inbetriebnahme, Fehlersuche, Optimierung oder Präsentation
- Ansprechpartner für technische Kundenfragen zu Regelung, Software, Schnittstellen und Betrieb
- Wertvoller Input für die Weiterentwicklung von Aqualogic® durch praxisnahe Rückmeldungen aus Projekten, Anlagenbetrieb und Kundenkontakt
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Projektleitung, Vertrieb und Softwareentwicklung zur stetigen Weiterentwicklung unseres Produkts.

Ihr Profil
- Ausbildung oder Studium im Bereich Umwelt-, Verfahrens-, Automatisierungs- oder Elektrotechnik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Gute Kenntnisse im Umgang mit Windows-PCs, Netzwerken sowie idealerweise Erfahrung mit Automatisierungstechnik, z. B. SPS/Leitsystemen (Siemens, ABB, Wago o. Ä.)
- Technisches Verständnis für prozess- oder anlagenbezogene Abläufe, Kenntnisse der Abwasserbehandlung sind wünschenswert aber nicht zwingend - Einarbeitung erfolgt im Unternehmen
- Strukturierte Arbeitsweise, Organisationstalent und hohe Zuverlässigkeit
- Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten sowie lösungsorientiertes Denken
- Kommunikationsstärke, Teamfähigkeit und Freude am Kundenkontakt.
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse, sowie gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Bereitschaft zu gelegentlichen Dienstreisen (In- und Ausland)

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
