Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie realisieren im Team vielseitige Sanierungs-, Renovierungs- und Innenausbauprojekte – von der Entkernung bis zum finalen Schliff.
- Sie errichten professionelle Trockenbaukonstruktionen und schaffen damit die Basis für moderne und funktionale Raumkonzepte.
- Sie führen fachgerechte Rückbau- und Abbrucharbeiten durch und bereiten so den Weg für neue Bauvorhaben vor.
- Sie übernehmen eigenverantwortlich anfallende Instandhaltungsarbeiten und sichern so die Qualität und den Wert der betreuten Objekte.
- Sie stimmen sich eng mit der Projektleitung und Ihren Kolleg:innen ab, um einen reibungslosen Ablauf auf der Baustelle sicherzustellen.

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least.
