Was erwartet Sie?
- Erstellung der monatlichen Finanzbuchhaltung für Tochtergesellschaften ausländischer Konzerne auf Jahresabschlussniveau
- Prüfung und Buchung der Eingangs- und Ausgangsrechnungen
- Prüfung und Verbuchung von Reisekosten
- Vorbereitung und Durchführung des Zahlungsverkehrs
- Identifizierung von steuerrelevanten Geschäftsvorfällen (Umsatz-/Ertrags-/Lohnsteuer)
- Abstimmung und Führung der Kreditoren-, Debitoren-, Anlagenbuchhaltung sowie Bank
- Erstellen von Monatsabschlüssen und Reportings in englischer Sprache
- Erstellung von Umsatzsteuervoranmeldungen
- Erstellung von Bundesbankmeldungen
- Erstellung von Jahresabschlüssen und Steuerklärungen (wenn gewünscht)

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie haben eine kaufmännische Ausbildung abgeschlossen und bringen bereits einschlägige Berufserfahrung in der Finanzbuchhaltung mit.
- Idealerweise haben Sie die Weiterbildung zum Bilanzbuchhalter (m/w/d) bereits abgeschlossen oder haben den festen Wunsch, diese zu absolvieren.
- Dank Ihrer guten Englischkenntnisse erstellen Sie auch internationale Reportings souverän und kommunizieren sicher mit Mandanten.
- Eine sorgfältige, strukturierte Arbeitsweise sowie eine hohe Serviceorientierung sind für Sie selbstverständlich.
- Sie bringen verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse (C1) mit, um eine reibungslose interne und externe Kommunikation zu gewährleisten.

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
