Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie beraten unsere Kund:innen aus dem Garten- und Landschaftsbau fachkundig bei der Auswahl der passenden Natursteine und führen sie erfolgreich zum Kaufabschluss.
- Mithilfe unseres Warenwirtschaftssystems erstellen Sie Angebote, fassen aktiv nach und wickeln Aufträge von der Erfassung bis zur Rechnungsstellung eigenständig ab.
- In enger Partnerschaft mit dem Außendienst bilden Sie ein starkes Vertriebs-Tandem und sorgen gemeinsam für eine reibungslose Betreuung Ihres Vertriebsgebiets.
- Auch nach dem Kauf bleiben Sie die verlässliche Ansprechperson für unsere Kund:innen, kümmern sich um ihre Anliegen und managen eventuelle Reklamationen lösungsorientiert.
- Sie pflegen die Stammdaten unserer Kund:innen sowie Produkte und unterstützen bei der Organisation von Vertriebsaktivitäten, um den gemeinsamen Erfolg sicherzustellen.

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?

- Sie treten sicher auf und haben eine starke Kunden- und Verkaufsorientierung
- Sie kennen sich mit Warenwirtschaftssystemen aus
- Sie besitzen analytische Fähigkeiten und eine hohe Zahlenaffinität
- Sie arbeiten zuverlässig und selbstständig und haben Spaß daran, Herausforderungen gemeinsam im Team zu meistern

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
