Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie wickeln Aufträge ab und übernehmen die Verzollung gemäß den Zollvorgaben und internen Richtlinien
- Sie sind eigenverantwortlich für die Kundenberatung, Reklamationsbearbeitung und Korrespondenz mit der Zollverwaltung
- Sie holen Gestellungs- und Haftungsgarantien ein, falls kein Kunde vorhanden ist, und fordern fehlende Angaben an
- Sie erstellen Rechnungen und ergänzen interne Statistiken
- Sie betreuen Kund:innen und sorgen für eine zeitlich speditive Abwicklung der Aufträge
- Sie handhaben Zolldokumente gemäß Weisungen, gesetzlichen Vorgaben und Verordnungen und treten freundlich und professionell gegenüber Kunden, Zollverwaltern etc. auf, um deren Wünsche nach Möglichkeit zu erfüllen

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie haben fachliche Erfahrung im Zollwesen mit relevanter Berufserfahrung
- Optional haben Sie einen Bildungsabschluss bzw. Berufserfahrung in der Speditions- und Logistikbranche (nicht zwingend erforderlich)
- Sie sind bereit im Schichtdienst zu arbeiten (Frühschicht ab 7:00 Uhr / Spätschicht bis 17:30 Uhr - Montag bis Freitag, kein Wochenendsdienst!)
- Sie verfügen über IT-Kenntnisse in den Anwendungsprogrammen E-Dec, Passar und Atlas
- Sie arbeiten selbstständig und zuverlässig

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
What do I have to consider if German is not my mother tongue?
Please take into account the job’s language requirements and make sure the requirements match your skills.
