Was erwartet dich?
- Als zentraler Ansprechpartner für unsere Kunden betreust Du deren IT-Infrastrukturen und administrierst souverän ihre Microsoft 365- und Azure-Umgebungen.
- Du planst eigenständig Software-Rollouts sowie System-Updates und sorgst für einen reibungslosen Ablauf, um die IT-Landschaften auf dem neuesten Stand zu halten.
- Bei technischen Störungen bist Du zur Stelle: Du analysierst komplexe Probleme in Netzwerkumgebungen und findest nachhaltige Lösungen für unsere Kunden.
- Gemeinsam im Team entwickelst Du zukunftsfähige IT-Konzepte und berätst unsere Kunden, wie sie ihre Systeme kontinuierlich optimieren können.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine Ausbildung im IT-Bereich (z. B. als Fachinformatiker für Systemintegration) oder bringst als Quereinsteiger:in mehrjährige, relevante Berufserfahrung mit.
- Du kennst dich in der Microsoft-Welt aus, insbesondere mit Active Directory, Azure und Microsoft 365.
- Du bringst fundierte Kenntnisse in der Netzwerktechnik mit und verstehst komplexe IT-Infrastrukturen.
- Eine kunden- und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise zeichnet dich aus und du kommunizierst gerne mit Anwender:innen.
- Du hast Lust, dich fachlich weiterzuentwickeln und gemeinsam mit dem Team neue Konzepte zu erarbeiten.
- Du sprichst fließend Deutsch (C1) und verfügst über grundlegende Englischkenntnisse.

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
