Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie übernehmen den Telefondienst am Vormittag, nehmen Anfragen von Kund:innen, Angehörigen und Mitarbeitenden entgegen, klären diese oder leiten sie für einen Rückruf des verantwortlichen Mitarbeitenden weiter
- Sie führen die Qualitätsprüfung bei der Aufnahme von neuen Kund:innen durch und überprüfen, ob die Dokumentation je Neukund:in vollständig ist und eine Kostendeckung vorliegt
- Sie fragen die Kundenzufriedenheit systematisch ab und werten die Ergebnisse aus
- Sie nehmen Beschwerden, Schadensmeldungen und Kündigungen auf, klären die Ursachen und berichten der Geschäftsführung
- Sie prüfen, ob das Onboarding neuer Mitarbeitender vollständig durchlaufen wurde und führen Erstgespräche mit neuen Kund:innen, wenn unsere Pflegedienstleitung verhindert ist

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie haben idealerweise eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Pflegefachkraft (m/w/d) und Erfahrung im ambulanten Bereich ist erwünscht
- Sie haben ein Auge für Details und merken, wenn in einer Dokumentation etwas fehlt
- Sie sind freundlich und klar am Telefon, auch wenn jemand verärgert anruft
- Sie gehen sicher mit dem PC um; unsere Software lernen Sie bei uns
- Sie besitzen einen Führerschein der Klasse B für gelegentliche Erstgespräche vor Ort

ALTEA ist ein ambulanter Dienst für Pflege, Hauswirtschaft und Alltagshilfe in der Region Karlsruhe mit Schwerpunkt in der Hauswirtschaft & Alltagshilfe. Seit unserer Gründung 2022 sind wir auf rund 60 Mitarbeitende über den Stadtkreis Karlsruhe hinaus gewachsen und betreuen heute mehrere hundert Kundinnen und Kunden im Stadt- und Landkreis Karlsruhe. Von der Unterstützung im Haushalt über die Alltagsbegleitung bis zur Grundpflege und Pflegeberatung: Wir sind für Menschen da, die zu Hause leben wollen, und zwar so lange wie möglich. Why can't I see which company I am applying to?
Can I process my application afterwards?
Yes, this is possible. In your application overview you can view your information and make changes. If you have already been invited to an interview, editing is no longer possible. However, you can still add general information and upload additional documents in your profile.
How do I get news about my application?
In your application overview you have an overview of the application progress at any time. Additionally, we send you emails about the most important status changes.
Can I send several applications at once?
The number of your applications is not limited. An overview of your applications can be found in your application overview.
Can other companies see where else I have applied?
Can I also contact the company's contact person directly?
Personal contact is possible via chat as soon as you have been invited for an interview. Before that, you will receive all important status changes by e-mail. If you have any questions, you can contact us anytime via email.
I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
What do I have to consider if German is not my mother tongue?
Please take into account the job’s language requirements and make sure the requirements match your skills.
