Was erwartet dich?
- Du führst, motivierst und entwickelst dein Kommissionierteam in der Nachtschicht und bist die erste Ansprechperson für alle fachlichen Themen.
- Mithilfe der Lagerverwaltungssoftware planst du den Personaleinsatz, steuerst die Aufträge und stellst einen pünktlichen Warenausgang sicher.
- Du packst selbst mit an: Bei der Kommissionierung und Verladung unterstützt du dein Team tatkräftig und bedienst bei Bedarf auch den Stapler.
- Du überwachst die Einhaltung der Arbeitssicherheits- und Qualitätsstandards und sorgst für Ordnung und Sauberkeit in deinem Verantwortungsbereich.
- Du dokumentierst die Schichtergebnisse und gewährleistest durch eine klare Kommunikation eine reibungslose Übergabe an die Tagschicht.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast Erfahrung als Schichtleiter:in, Vorarbeiter:in oder in einer vergleichbaren Führungsfunktion in der Lagerlogistik/Kommissionierung
- Du besitzt einen gültigen Staplerschein (Flurförderschein)
- Du bist bereit, in der Nachtschicht zu arbeiten
- Du verfügst über ausgeprägte Führungs- und Kommunikationsfähigkeiten sowie Durchsetzungsvermögen
- Du bringst Organisationsgeschick, Belastbarkeit und eine strukturierte, verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise mit
- Du hast sichere Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift und idealerweise erste Erfahrung im Umgang mit Lagerverwaltungssoftware
