Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie sind zentrale:r Ansprechpartner:in für anspruchsvolle Fragestellungen im Passivgeschäft zur Sicherstellung einer sicheren und kundenorientierten Lösung besonderer Kund:innenfälle
- Sie klären und bearbeiten rechtliche und organisatorische Fragestellungen rund um Kontoführung und Kundenbeziehungen, z.B. bei Minderjährigen, Betreuung und Volljährigkeit, Pfändungsschutzkonten, Nachlässen, SCHUFA-Sachverhalten sowie besonderen Spar- und Anlageformen
- Sie verantworten und entwickeln die zugehörigen Prozesse und Arbeitsabläufe weiter und stellen eine einheitliche und rechtssichere hausinterne Bearbeitung sicher
- Sie stellen die ordnungsgemäße Umsetzung der entsprechenden gesetzlichen Anforderungen als Verantwortliche:r nach § 24c KWG sicher
- Sie bearbeiten sorgfältig und fristgerecht Auskunftsersuchen von Staatsanwaltschaften und Ermittlungsbehörden
- Sie unterstützen die Fachbereiche bei übergeordneten Rechtsfragen und übernehmen die Koordination der weiteren Klärung und wirken in Projekten und bei Sonderthemen mit

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie sind Sparkassen-/Bankfachwirt:in oder haben eine vergleichbare Qualifikation oder sind bereit, diese zeitnah zu erwerben
- Sie haben idealerweise Erfahrung im Passivgeschäft, in der Kontoführung oder in einem der genannten Spezialgebiete
- Sie sind bereit, sich in neue und komplexe Themen einzuarbeiten und praktikable Lösungen abzuleiten
- Sie haben eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe und arbeiten selbstständig, genau, strukturiert und verantwortungsbewusst
- Sie haben eine hohe Kunden- und Dienstleistungsorientierung und sind sicher im Umgang mit MS Office, Kenntnisse in OSPlus sind von Vorteil
