Was erwartet dich?
- Du verantwortest als Konzessionsträger die technische Leitung unseres Betriebs und stellst die Einhaltung aller relevanten VDE-Vorschriften sicher.
- Du berätst unsere Kund:innen fachkundig zu Photovoltaikanlagen sowie Wallboxen, erstellst passgenaue Angebote und begleitest die Projekte von der Planung bis zur Abnahme.
- Du steuerst die Auftragsabwicklung, überwachst die Qualität der Elektroinstallationsarbeiten vor Ort und führst die notwendigen Antragsverfahren bei Netzbetreibern durch.
- Du übernimmst die fachliche Führung des Montageteams, förderst die Weiterentwicklung deiner Mitarbeiter:innen und betreust aktiv unsere Auszubildenden.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du bringst fundierte Kenntnisse in Elektroinstallationen, PV-Anlagen und Wallboxen sowie den relevanten VDE-Vorschriften mit – idealerweise ergänzt durch mehrjährige Berufserfahrung.
- Als Führungspersönlichkeit übernimmst du gerne Verantwortung für dein Team und die Betreuung von Auszubildenden.
- Du überzeugst durch ein sicheres Auftreten bei Kund:innen sowie eine selbstständige und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise.
- Ein Führerschein der Klasse B ist für die Tätigkeit bei unseren Kund:innen vor Ort erforderlich.
- Für die reibungslose Kommunikation mit allen Beteiligten sprichst du fließend Deutsch (C1-Niveau).
