Was erwartet dich?
- Du leitest, koordinierst und überwachst Montagearbeiten im Stallbau
- Du baust und installierst Fütterungs-, Tränke- und Lüftungssysteme
- Du führst und leitest das Montageteam fachlich an
- Du stimmst dich mit der Projektleitung, Bauherren und Nachunternehmern ab
- Du kontrollierst die Arbeitssicherheit, Qualität und termingerechte Ausführung
- Du dokumentierst den Baufortschritt und übergibst das Projekt an die Kund:innen

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene technische oder handwerkliche Ausbildung (z. B. Metallbau, Elektrotechnik, Anlagenmechanik)
- Du bringst mindestens 6 Jahre Erfahrung in Montageprojekten mit, idealerweise im Stall- oder Agrartechnikbereich
- Du hast Führungserfahrung und Organisationstalent
- Du bist hoch reisebereit und flexibel für internationale Einsätze
- Du verfügst über sichere Deutsch- (C1) und Englischkenntnisse (B2) in Wort und Schrift
- Du besitzt einen Führerschein der Klasse B
