Regelmäßige Kundenbesuche im Werkstattumfeld zur Akquise und Betreuung.
Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie führen, motivieren und entwickeln Ihr Team eigenständig und in enger Abstimmung mit der Gebietsverkaufsleitung.
- Sie verantworten die Erreichung der Vertriebs-, Kosten- und Ertragsziele und arbeiten dabei eng mit dem zentralen Controlling zusammen.
- Sie akquirieren aktiv neue Geschäftskunden aus dem Werkstatt- und Handelsumfeld und intensivieren die Betreuung Ihres bestehenden Kundenstamms.
- Sie steuern alle filialbezogenen Prozesse, vom Forderungsmanagement über den Zahlungsverkehr bis hin zur Sicherstellung einer effizienten Lagerlogistik.
- Sie treiben die operative sowie strategische Weiterentwicklung Ihres Standortes voran, um nachhaltiges Wachstum zu sichern.

- Sie bringen mehrjährige Führungserfahrung mit, idealerweise aus dem Vertrieb, Handel oder Service, und wissen, wie Sie ein Team motivieren und weiterentwickeln.
- Sie verfügen über fundierte Kenntnisse im Automotive Aftermarket, im Kfz-Teile-Handel oder einem vergleichbaren technischen Großhandel.
- Mit Ihrem unternehmerischen Weitblick und einer klaren Zielorientierung steuern Sie die Filiale wirtschaftlich erfolgreich.
- Sie sind kommunikationsstark, treten sicher auf und bauen durch Ihre proaktive Art nachhaltige Kundenbeziehungen auf.
- Ihre strukturierte und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise hilft Ihnen dabei, alle Filialprozesse von der Logistik bis zum Forderungsmanagement im Griff zu haben.
