Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie verantworten das selbstständige Rüsten, Einrichten und Bedienen unserer modernen Spritzgussmaschinen
- Sie überwachen laufend die Produktionsprozesse mithilfe der Maschinensteuerung und sichern so einen reibungslosen und effizienten Fertigungsablauf
- Bei Abweichungen oder Störungen im Produktionsablauf leiten Sie eigenständig Korrekturmaßnahmen ein und beheben Fehler direkt an der Anlage
- Durch regelmäßige Qualitätskontrollen stellen Sie die Einhaltung unserer hohen Produktstandards sicher und dokumentieren die Ergebnisse sorgfältig
- Gemeinsam mit dem Team und der Instandhaltung arbeiten Sie aktiv an der Optimierung der Fertigungsprozesse und bringen Ihre eigenen Ideen ein

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie bringen eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Verfahrensmechaniker für Kunststoff- und Kautschuktechnik, Kunststofftechnologe (m/w/d) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation mit
- Sie haben bereits Erfahrung im Bereich Spritzguss oder Thermoplastverarbeitung gesammelt und gehen sicher mit modernen Maschinensteuerungen und Prozessdaten um
- Ihre Arbeitsweise ist verantwortungsbewusst und teamorientiert, zudem ist die Bereitschaft zur Schichtarbeit für Sie selbstverständlich
- Kenntnisse in der Fertigungsoptimierung oder Instandhaltung sind von Vorteil, aber kein Muss
- Für die reibungslose Abstimmung im Team und das Verstehen der Sicherheitsanweisungen sind fließende Deutschkenntnisse (C1) erforderlich
- Idealerweise bringst du zusätzlich einen Staplerführerschein mit - ist aber kein Muss!

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least.
