Akquisition von Neukunden & regelmäßige Kundenbesuche und Beratung zu DMS- und Digitalisierungslösungen.
Was erwartet dich?
- Du identifizierst proaktiv potenzielle Geschäftskunden und analysierst deren Bedarf an modernen DMS- und Digitalisierungslösungen.
- Du begeisterst Entscheider am Telefon für unser Portfolio, vereinbarst qualifizierte Ersttermine und übergibst diese an das Vertriebsteam.
- In enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem Sales-Team bereitest du die Kundengespräche strategisch vor und sorgst für eine nahtlose Übergabe.
- Du übernimmst die sorgfältige Pflege und kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung der Kundenkontakte und Vertriebsaktivitäten in unserem CRM-System.
- Du baust durch deine kommunikative Art erste Beziehungen auf und legst so den Grundstein für langfristige und erfolgreiche Partnerschaften.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du bringst erste Berufserfahrung im Vertrieb mit, idealerweise im B2B-Umfeld, und brennst für die aktive Neukundengewinnung.
- Du hast bereits Erfahrung gesammelt im Bereich DMS-Lösungen und mit DocuWare.
- Mit deiner Kommunikationsstärke und Überzeugungskraft fällt es dir leicht, auf Menschen zuzugehen und Geschäftsbeziehungen aufzubauen.
- Du interessierst dich für die Themen Digitalisierung sowie IT und hast Lust, dich in moderne Geschäftslösungen einzuarbeiten.
- Eine strukturierte, zielorientierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise zeichnet dich aus.
- Du sprichst und schreibst Deutsch auf verhandlungssicherem Niveau (C1), um unsere Kund:innen optimal zu beraten.

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
