- Disziplinarische & fachliche Führung der MA im COC (Aus- und Weiterbildung sowie arbeitsrechtliche Belange der MA)
- Reporting an den VP Project Management & Engineering
- Entwickeln der Personaleinsatzpläne (Ressourcenmanagement)
- Entwickeln von Projektorganigrammen (insb. Benennung qualifizierter Projekt- und Engineering Manager)
- Sicherstellung der termin-, kosten- und qualitätsgerechten Durchführung aller Projekte
- Überwachung des gesamten Projektportfolios
- Eskalationsmanagement bei kritischen Projekten
- Freigabe wichtiger Projektentscheidungen
- Überwachung von Leistungsständen und Meilensteinen
- Sicherstellung der Projektprofitabilität

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Abgeschlossenes technisches (Maschinenbau, Verfahrenstechnik oder vergleichbar) und/oder betriebswirtschaftliches Studium
- Min. 10+ Jahre Berufs- und Führungserfahrung als Projektleiter/ Project Director im internationalen Großanlagenbau und Mitarbeiterführung
- PM-Zertifizierung (IPMA B/A oder PMP)
- Nachweisbare Verantwortung für Umsatz- und Ergebnisziele
- Beherrschung klassischer Projektmanagement-Methoden
- Termin-, Kosten- und Ressourcenplanung, Risikomanagement
