Was erwartet dich?
- Du übernimmst die eigenverantwortliche Leitung von Projekten im Bereich Gebäudeschadstoffe – von der Planung und Kalkulation bis zur erfolgreichen Abrechnung.
- Du konzipierst und überwachst Sanierungs- und Rückbaumaßnahmen direkt vor Ort und stellst dabei die Einhaltung relevanter Richtlinien (z.B. TRGS 519) sicher.
- Als Fachexpert:in erstellst Du Schadstoffkataster, Gutachten und Sanierungskonzepte, die als fundierte Entscheidungsgrundlage für unsere Kund:innen dienen.
- Du bist die zentrale Ansprechperson für Auftraggeber:innen, Behörden sowie Nachunternehmen und steuerst die gesamte Projektkommunikation.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Bauingenieurwesen, Umwelt- oder Chemieingenieurwesen, Geowissenschaften, Naturwissenschaften oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Du bringst drei bis fünf Jahre Erfahrung in der Projektbearbeitung in einem der genannten Bereich mit mit
- Du bist teamfähig und arbeitest selbstständig
- Du besitzt einen Führerschein der Klasse B und bist bereit zu reisen
- Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Du hast gute IT-Kenntnisse und bist sicher im Umgang mit Office-Anwendungen sowie Normen, Richtlinien und Regelwerken (wie u.a. VDI 4300, VDI 6202, DIN Iso 16000, sowie TRGS 519, 52, 524 und 551, PCB-Richtlinie)

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
