Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie verantworten die Umsetzung und Einhaltung der gesetzlichen Normen und Richtlinien sowie die kontinuierliche auditgestützte Überwachung und Verbesserung der Prozessstandards
- Sie erstellen Anweisungen und Verfahrensbeschreibungen und validieren bestehende Vorschriften
- Sie steuern das Behördenmanagement sowie die Sicherstellung und Weiterentwicklung der REACH Compliance
- Sie agieren als Qualitätsmanagementbeauftragter und Umweltmanagementbeauftragter für unser Unternehmen
- Sie bauen das betriebliche Qualitätsmanagementsystem auf, organisieren und implementieren dieses und führen interne sowie externe Audits nach ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 50001 und IATF 16949 durch
- Sie organisieren und überwachen den betrieblichen Umweltschutz und sichern die Konformität aller Firmenaktivitäten mit den Umweltgesetzen und Umweltauflagen
- Sie unterstützen das Energieteam bei der Weiterentwicklung unserer Energiemanagementsysteme
- Sie unterstützen die Leitung der Qualitätssicherung und übernehmen die Vertretung im Bereich Labor
- Sie verantworten den Aufbau, die Implementierung und Weiterentwicklung des Qualitätssicherungssystems, die präventive Qualitätssicherung der Produkte und Zuliefermaterialien sowie die Personalverantwortung

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie besitzen ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes technisches oder naturwissenschaftliches Studium, idealerweise in der Chemie, mit Zusatzqualifikation im Qualitätsmanagement und Umweltmanagement sowie aktuelle Weiterbildung in der Chemikalienverbotsverordnung und im Abfallrecht
- Sie verfügen mindestens sechs Jahre Berufserfahrung in Qualitätssicherung, Qualitätsmanagement und Umweltmanagement, idealerweise mit Branchenerfahrung in der Chlorsilan-, Silizium- und Halbleiterchemie
- Sie bringen Erfahrungen im Aufbau, der Implementierung und Pflege von Qualitätssicherungssystemen, Erfahrung als Qualitätsmanagementbeauftragter nach ISO 9001, ISO 45001 und ISO 50001 sowie als Umweltmanagementbeauftragter nach ISO 14001 und im aktuellen Umweltrecht mit
- Sie beherrschen die gängigen Office Anwendungen sicher
- Sie kommunizieren mit sehr guten Deutschkenntnissen sowie verhandlungssicherem Englisch
- Sie zeichnen Sich durch Führungsstärke, Kommunikationsstärke, Durchsetzungsvermögen und Entscheidungsstärke aus
- Sie arbeiten selbstständig, eigenverantwortlich, mit Eigeninitiative und fügen Sich mit Ihrem Organisationstalent hervorragend in unser Team ein
