Was erwartet dich?
- Du berätst Bestandskund:innen bei technischen Fragen, führst Verkaufsgespräche und entwickelst passgenaue medientechnische Lösungen.
- Basierend auf den Kundenanforderungen kalkulierst du Projekte und erstellst eigenständig individuelle Angebote.
- Du übernimmst die Auftragsabwicklung, planst die Installationen und montierst die AV-Komponenten fachgerecht bei den Kund:innen vor Ort.
- Als Ansprechperson für deine Kund:innen betreust du die installierten Systeme und leistest technischen Support.
- Du arbeitest eng mit dem Technik- und Vertriebsteam zusammen und stimmst dich mit Herstellern sowie Großhändlern ab.
- Zusätzlich unterstützt du bei Marketingaktivitäten und bringst deine Ideen zur Weiterentwicklung unserer Vertriebsstrategien ein.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du bringst eine technische Ausbildung (z. B. im Bereich Elektrotechnik, Medientechnik oder IT) und handwerkliches Geschick mit.
- Du bist sicher im Umgang mit gängigen EDV-Systemen und sprichst fließend Deutsch.
- Deine Stärke liegt darin, technische Lösungen für Kunden zu entwickeln und diese serviceorientiert umzusetzen.
- Im direkten Kundenkontakt überzeugst du durch dein kompetentes Auftreten und deine klare Kommunikation.
- Du arbeitest strukturiert, übernimmst gerne Verantwortung für deine Projekte und behältst auch bei mehreren Aufgaben den Überblick.

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
