Für die Projektumsetzung kommt es zu entsprechenden Reisetätigkeiten zu unseren Kunden. Die Dauer variiert dabei von Projekt zu Projekt, da dies abhängig vom Umfang und Kunden ist. Punktuelle Reisebereitschaft über 1-2 Wochen am Stück müsste gegeben sein, die meisten Projekte bewegen sich aber zwischen 2-4 Tagen.
Was erwartet dich?
- Du führst IT-Projekte durch und planst diese eigenständig
- Du konzipierst, betreust und entwickelst die Netzwerkinfrastrukturen sowie Firewall-, Routing- und Security-Lösungen unserer Kund:innen weiter
- Du installierst und konfigurierst Netzwerk- und Firewallkomponenten im Rahmen von Changes und Onboarding-Projekten
- Du löst eigenverantwortlich 2nd/3rd-Level Störungen und bearbeitest Unterstützungsanfragen

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast Berufserfahrung in der Administration von Netzwerk- und/oder Firewall-Systemen
- Du verfügst über fundiertes Fachwissen im Bereich von Security-Konzepten im Netzwerk-Bereich sowie deren Installation
- Du hast sehr gute Kenntnisse in Produkten der Hersteller Fortinet, HPE/Aruba oder Cisco
- Du besitzt idealerweise eine Herstellerzertifizierung
- Du bist eine serviceorientierte, kommunikative Persönlichkeit mit Organisationsgeschick und Teamgeist
- Du beherrschst sicheres Deutsch in Wort und Schrift sowie gute Englischkenntnisse und besitzt einen Führerschein der Klasse B

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
