- Du verstehst als Senior Process Manager (m/w/d) die Probleme der Stakeholder, die dahinterliegenden Prozesse und begleitest die Automatisierung
- Du behältst in deiner Schnittstellenrolle zwischen unseren Entwickler:innen und den Abteilungen die gesamte Prozesskette im Blick und fungierst als Übersetzer:in
- Du dokumentierst automatisierte Prozesse so verständlich und transparent, dass Anwender:innen fehlerfrei damit arbeiten können
- Du hältst deine Prozesse und Automatisierungen am Laufen, nimmst Anfragen und Bugs auf und findest Lösungen dafür
- Du betreust gemeinsam mit den anderen PAMs operativ unser CRM-, Projekt- und Taskmanagementsystem
- Du verbesserst als Senior nicht nur einzelne Prozesse, sondern die Arbeitsweise der PAMs selbst, machst das Team effizienter und die Stakeholder zufriedener

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du bringst mehrjährige Erfahrung im Management digitaler Prozesse, Operations oder einer vergleichbaren Schnittstellenrolle mit
- Du besitzt eine stark ausgeprägte autodidaktische Auffassungsgabe und arbeitest dich eigenständig und tief in neue Domänen ein, beschaffst dir die notwendigen Informationen und entwickelst selbstständig tragfähige Lösungen
- Du willst verstehen, was Stakeholder wirklich brauchen, auch dann, wenn sie ihre Anforderungen selbst noch nicht klar formulieren können
- Du kommunizierst ehrlich und transparent, damit jede:r weiß, was passiert und was nicht, warum und bis wann, und schaffst es, fachliche Anforderungen aus den Fachabteilungen für unsere Entwickler:innen zu übersetzen
- Du bist pragmatisch, hands-on und setzt KI gezielt dort ein, wo sie deine Arbeit und Prozesse wirklich besser macht

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
