Regelmäßige Fahrten zu den betreuten Immobilien in der Region für z.B. Eigentümerversammlungen, Wohnungsübergaben und die Überwachung von Dienstleistern.
Was erwartet Dich?
- Du verantwortest eigenständig die kaufmännische und technische Verwaltung eines festen Bestands an Wohnungseigentümergemeinschaften (WEG).
- Du bereitest Eigentümerversammlungen sorgfältig vor, führst diese souverän durch und setzt die gefassten Beschlüsse konsequent um.
- Du erstellst Wirtschaftspläne sowie Jahresabrechnungen und steuerst das gesamte Vertrags- und Versicherungswesen für deine Objekte.
- Du koordinierst und überwachst Instandhaltungsmaßnahmen sowie externe Dienstleister und stellst so den einwandfreien Zustand der Immobilien sicher.
- Als zentrale Ansprechperson pflegst du eine vertrauensvolle Kommunikation mit Eigentümer:innen, Mieter:innen und externen Partnern.

Was solltest Du mitbringen?
- Du bringst eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Immobilienkaufmann/-frau oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation sowie mind. 1 Jahr Berufserfahrung in der WEG- und Mietverwaltung mit.
- Du verfügst über fundierte und aktuelle Kenntnisse im Wohnungseigentums- und Mietrecht.
- Deine Arbeitsweise ist selbstständig, strukturiert und lösungsorientiert, gepaart mit einer hohen Kunden- und Serviceorientierung.
- Im Umgang mit den gängigen MS-Office und KI Anwendungen bist du versiert.
- Du besitzt einen Führerschein der Klasse B, um Termine vor Ort wahrnehmen zu können.
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (C1) sind für diese Position unerlässlich.

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
