Was erwartet dich?
- Du bearbeitest und koordinierst eigenverantwortlich importbezogene kaufmännische Vorgänge
- Du kommunizierst mit Lieferanten, Speditionen sowie internen und externen Ansprechpartnern
- Du erstellst, prüfst und verwaltest Versand-, Zoll- und Frachtunterlagen

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, z.B. im Büromanagement, Groß- und Außenhandel, der Industrie oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Du hast erste Erfahrung in der kaufmännischen Sachbearbeitung - Kenntnisse im Import oder der Zollabwicklung sind wünschenswert, aber keine Voraussetzung
- Du bist sicher im Umgang mit MS Office, insbesondere Excel; Erfahrung mit ERP-Systemen ist ein Plus
- Du verfügst über gute Deutschkenntnisse sowie Englischkenntnisse für die Kommunikation mit internationalen Geschäftspartnern
- Du arbeitest strukturiert, sorgfältig und eigenverantwortlich
