Was erwartet dich?
- Du übernimmst die professionelle Lackierung von Fahrzeugen und Fahrzeugteilen und stellst mit deinem Auge fürs Detail ein perfektes Finish sicher.
- Du bereitest Oberflächen durch Spachteln, Schleifen und Grundieren sorgfältig vor, um eine makellose Lackiergrundlage zu schaffen.
- Mithilfe von Smart-Repair-Techniken behebst du kleinere Lackschäden präzise und effizient.
- Die abschließende Fahrzeugreinigung und das Polieren gehören ebenfalls zu deinen Aufgaben, um unseren hohen Qualitätsstandard zu gewährleisten.
- Du arbeitest eng im Team mit deinen Kolleginnen und Kollegen zusammen, um die Aufträge für unseren langjährigen Kundenstamm termingerecht abzuwickeln.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Fahrzeuglackierer (m/w/d) oder hast langjährige Berufserfahrung im Bezug auf Lackierarbeiten im Fahrzeugbereich.
- Du bringst idealerweise erste Berufserfahrung im Lackieren von Fahrzeugen mit.
- Deine Stärken liegen in der Oberflächenvorbereitung und im Lackieren, Kenntnisse im Bereich Smart Repair sind ein Plus.
- Du arbeitest sorgfältig, bist ein Teamplayer und hast Freude daran, Fahrzeugen neuen Glanz zu verleihen.
- Für die reibungslose Abstimmung im Team sprichst du fließend Deutsch (mindestens B1/B2-Niveau).

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
What do I have to consider if German is not my mother tongue?
Please take into account the job’s language requirements and make sure the requirements match your skills.
